This step allows to manage the data relevant to special remunerations which are used for the pension calculation (eg. blood donation).
The data is referred to the weeks for which the employee has received part of his/her remuneration by the social security.
The wage type for the reduced remuneration can be directly entered in the report selection screen or it can be entered in the table T5ITNN
Example
Requirements
If the Overtime hours are used in order to calculate the special remuneration, it is necessary to define a weekly Overtime Wage Type with the total amount of the Overtime to be used.
It is a TM wage type.

Activities
Define a Reduced Remuneration wage type which has to be calculated each month during the payroll accounting processing.
According to the law, it is possible to use an average remuneration for the reduced remuneration and for the EEF differences to credit calculation (gususally the pension adjustment fund tax base).
Further notes
The customization for the use of the fields which correspond to the 4 fields of section C of the form O1/M is not foreseen.
The last 4 fields of the table can therefore be managed only through the infotype 0487 (special remuneration).
