The information required to manage the public holidays occurring in an EEF period is defined in this step.

Two processing types can be selected:

  • type A: national holidays recurring in the first 15 days of
    EEF opening
  • type B: national holidays recurring in the first 15 days in which a
    given employee is in EEF

Recommendation

Discorporate national holidays from religious holidays in the TM internal holiday calendar.

Particular attention must be given to personnel actions that could interrupt the EEF (for instance sickness) period.

EEF absence calculation function creates wage type Holidays, which is valued only in field Quantity.

The wage type is valuated subsequently, in cycle I015, according to the rules of the valuation bases set by the customer.

Activities

Check if the entries supplied by SAP correspond to the current law.

According to the law, adapt the already existing entries or create new

ones.
