In this step you define the general information for the EEF calculation. Such information is, for example, tax rate to be applied for indemnity calculation or absences which interrupt the EEF action for public holiday calculation.

Remember that some types of absence interrupt the EEF action and calculation of public holidays charged to Social Security (INPS) and falling in the first 15 EEF days is thus calculated again.

Absence indicators to be entered are defined in table T554c and used in info-type 2001 - Absences -.

Example

Requirements

  1. An EEF authorization has already been defined;
  2. An EEF grouping has already been defined;
  3. The EEF grouping has already been assigned to an EEF authorization;
  4. Wage-types for INPS indemnity have already been defined;
  5. Personal actions that interrupt the EEF period have already been customized;
  6. The wage-type to be used as hourly pay for calculation of company integration has already been identified;
  7. The percentage code (see table T5ITI3) that reflects the INPS indemnity percentage has already been identified.

Standard settings

Wage-type for company's hourly pay: /001

Tax rate: code 02 (80%)

Tax rate for trainees: 5,54%

Wage-Type: /X02, /X03, /X04, /X05, /X06

Recommendation

Check whether entries proposed by SAP correspond to the current law.

Activities

Copy or adjust the already existing entries or create new entries.
