Beside the optional maternity extention, in case of seriously disabled children younger than three years old, the person who takes care of the child is entitled to a paid permit corresponding to two hours per day according to the nursing mode.

Example

Requirements

  • An absence type for "2 hours permit < 3 years old" is defined in the chapter Define absence indicators.
  • The personnel subareas have been grouped so that a different processing of the absences/attendances can be carried out.
  • The system creates the wage types for the hours paid by INPS (social security) and, if necessary, for the hours out of range in the chapter Define absence indicators.

Standard settings

  • Absence type: 860 2 hrs/ds, < 3 years old
  • Grouping of the personnel subareas for absences/attendances: 15
  • Management type: 3 for permits for children younger than 3 years old
  • Management type: 7 for permits to disabled employees
  • Wage type MI23 paid hrs law 104, MI24 Hrs out of range law 104

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Copy the examples with management type 3 and 7 and, if necessary, adapt them to the law in force.

Further notes

For management type 7, the field MM from delivery date is not used.
