The data concerning pay in the company in case of employee accident are implemented in this step.
The following days are charged to the employer:
- the accident day (100% of the average daily wage);
- the grace days, including Sundays and holidays (100% of the average daily wage);
- holidays falling on a day refunded by INAIL (National Insurance Institute for Industrial Accidents) in such a way that the employee obtains 100% of his/her wage).
The parameters determining the percentages of the remuneration charged to the company are defined in the view you can open by clicking on each element of the table. These parameters must be valuated during accident treatment.
