The expiration indicators are defined in this step.
Through the expiration indicators are defined the parameters which allow to report to the employee that a document, required in order to be entitled to the family allowance, is due for expiration or it is already expired.
The fields to be evaluated are:
NMTSC: number of expiration tolerance months. The number of months in which the employee still receives the family allowance after the relevant document has expired is defined in this field.
NMPRS: number of months before expiration notice. It indicates the number of months in which the employee will receive an expiration notice for a document. If the value in this field corresponds to 0, no notice will occur.
NMPOS: number of months after expiration notice. It indicates the number of months in which the employee will receive the expiration notice after the expiration has occurred.
AZBLO: blocking action. It indicates the partial or total block of the family allowance rate payment.
SESCA: expiration notice (YES/NO). It indicates if the employee is to receive such notice.
