In this step, you determine how each Time wage type is stored in the results table and how you create cumulation wage types.

Default settings

The standard system contains the following possibilities:

  • the wage type is not stored in the results table, but is instead transferred
  • The wage type is stored in the results table without being cumulated
  • The wage type is cumulated and stored in the results table
  • The wage type is cumulated and stored in the results table, and, in addition, the hours in this wage type are cumulated as overtime hours.

Activities

  1. Flag a time wage type and choose Goto -> Details.
  2. In processing class 03, specify how the wage type has to be transferred.
  3. Specify the cumulation wage type in which the time wage type is to be cumulated.

Note

You must also flag from the wage types from the Basic Pay Infotype (0008) at this point. As these wage types will be required later in payroll, you must indicate in processing type 03 that they must be transferred. In processing class 20, you specify how wage types are stored.
