In this IMG activity you define a schedule that groups together all tasks to be displayed at the same time.

You must store the following data:

  • Schedule name and a more precise description, if necessary
  • Organizational unit from Planning and Development (optional)

    You can link the schedule to a PD organizational unit. To do this, you must first update the corresponding organizational structure in Organizational Management. If you want to link the schedule to an organizational unit and request that dependent units be expanded, the system also displays the schedules for these organizational units. For further information on Organizational Management, see the implementation guide "Personnel Planning and Development".

  • Calendar ID (factory calendar or public holiday calendar)
