In this operation phase you valuate the Severance pay wage types generated through table T5ITF7.

The valuation of the wage types is carried out through rule ITLT.

Example

The accrued Severance Indemnity must be settled to the employee at employment termination. Settlement can be carried out by generating one or more wage types.

These wage types can refer to:

  • Severance pay related to the (old and/or new) fund at December of the previous year;
  • revaluation Severance pay;
  • Severance pay related to the current year's provision;
  • Severance pay related to the current year's contributions.

Requirements

The wage types must have been created in the previous operation phase. Consider that IRPEF taxation for Severance Indemnity must be marked with cumulations 77 (new Severance Indemnity taxable income), 79 (old fund taxable income), 70 (Severance Indemnity reference income).

Standard settings

SAP standard version carries out the operations through the standard cycle by using the model wage types.
