Use

Requirements
Standard settings
The SAP pre-delivered settings calculate all entitlements in days. If you have hourly-paid employees, then it may be advisable to activate an hourly-based entitlement calculation for this employee group.

The different entitlement calculation types necessary for your needs must be attached to all your various Employee Groups and Absence Subtypes.
