Example

If you operate an OSP and an OMP scheme, you should include them in the same Absence Evaluation Scheme. At a lower level, the rules for entitlements can be separated into different absence groupings for sickness and maternity.

The schemes created should be for employee groups with different "Terms & Conditions" (i.e. Salaried, Waged & Casual employees). This implies creating three schemes:

  1. SALARY "Salary Scheme"
  2. WAGES "Wages Scheme"
  3. CASUAL "Casual Scheme"

  2. 11WAGES Scheme for employees paid wages
  3. 11CASUAL Scheme for employees paid casual payments
