Further notes

Once you have performed this activity, you can execute the SIPTU Report and perform the following steps:

  1. Set up the Period and Selection criteria.
  2. In the SIPTU section, enter all the relevant SIPTU information, including you SIPTU wage type in the Wage type field.
  3. In the Download to file ? field, set the indicator to download the SIPTU report in electronic format. If this indicator is set, the system will generate two files:
    • A file with a .TXT extension (listing the records)
    • A file with an .ID extension (listing totals)

You can then download the information to a diskette and send it to SIPTU. By uploading the diskette, SIPTU can view your employee contributions to the trade union (based on the selection criteria chosen).
