In this step, you set up wage type assignments to correspond to the type of reported income found in tax report 1721-A1. By doing this, you place all the relevant wage types in their appropriate positions on the 1721-A1 tax report.

Evaluation Class 5 provides specifications on where a wage type should be used on a tax report.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, you have a number of technical wage types that contains the relevant reported income needed for the tax report. For example, the employee's salary wage type, M010, is marked as a basic income, while the employer's Jamsostek contributions (/3R1, /3R2, /3R4 and /3R5) are marked as insurance premiums.

Activities

Check that each wage type has the appropriate evaluation class specification. If you have added wage types in the previous step, assign them to the appropriate type of reported income found in tax report 1721-A1.
