This step of the implementation guide defines the types of allowable expenses for which tax deductions are allowed.
Example
Examples of allowable expenses are: medical expenses, life insurance premiums etc., employer withholdings.
Maximum rates have been established for some expenses.
Requirements
The types of allowable expenses to be processed, and the relevant wage types, must have been determined in the previous operation phase.
Fill the requests for allowable expenses in infotype 0160.
Standard settings
SAP standard version contains some examples to which you can make reference.
Recommendation
It is advisable to activate all the requests in question.
Activities
Check the proposed payment types and maintain wage type indicators with user indicators.
