Use

In this Customizing activity, you define the earliest date from which the employee can view their IR56B form for the current year by using Employee Self Service (ESS).

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system we define the earliest date as April 1 (0104), however, you can change it to meet your own requirements.

Note:

The setting applies to the current year. Employees can check the IR56B form for previous tax years at any time.

Activities

You specify the earliest date with the format DDMM.

Example

If the earliest date in this feature is set to February 26, the employee can view the IR56B form for the tax year on or after February 26.
