Within your company, there are different groups of employees that have the same tax reporting status. This allows you to group employees under different tax reporting groups. You can then execute the payroll or print the tax reports according to these employee groupings.

In this step, you create all the relevant employee tax report groupings for your company.

Example

Your company is structured according to the following tax office groupings:

  • H1 - represents employees who are grouped under the Corporate Company
  • H2 - represents employees who are grouped under the Contract Company

Requirements

You must be familiar with the company's tax reporting structure according to the tax office.

The standard system have a few examples of tax reporting groupings.

Activities

Create all the tax reporting groupings that are required for your company. To create a tax reporting grouping:

  1. Click on the New entries button.
  2. Enter all the appropriate information for the new tax reporting group.
  3. Save your entry.
