In this step, you maintain the default settings by feature 27GMS in the system.
In the Personal Data infotype (0002), there are two fields describing gender of the employee or applicant:
- Form of Address
- Indicators of gender, as either Female or Male on the screen
The system performs a background check on consistency of such information and gives a notification afterwards if there are any conflicts in the two fields above.
This feature handles evaluation of the nature of such check based on organizational assignment. With this function, the notification message for the conflict can either be a warning message or an error message
