In this step, you determine the default contribution percentage groupings for the different employee groups.
This allows you to set different employee and employer contribution percentages even if the employees have the same age, length-of-service, and salary level for the same retirement scheme.
Example
Feature 27DCP sets up the following employee groupings:
Employee group EE cont grp -------------- ----------- Non-executive 01 Executive 02
A retire scheme has the following setup:

In this case, two employees, who are in the same age, length-of-service and salary groupings, will end up with different contribution percentages if they are in the different employee group shown above.
