In this step, you:
create the eligibility groupings for entry into the contribution plans.
assign the appropriate contribution plans to the respective eligibility grouping.
set up the default eligibility grouping for your employees.
The eligibility groupings define the employees who are allowed to join the relevant contribution plan.
Example
A company sets up the following two employee groupings:

Check that the eligibility groupings are suitable for the organization's requirement. Add or modify the eligibility groupings as necessary.
Assign the appropriate contribution plans to the respective eligibility grouping. You must have already created the contribution plans in the earlier step of this IMG.
If necessary, modify the feature 27CPE to set up the default contribution and entitlement plan groupings.
