In this IMG activity you define which primary wage types and which partial period parameters are to be included in which average basis.

The average value calculation bases that you create here are cumulated in an internal table and are entered through Final processing in the calculation of the average value.

Examples

Create various average value calculation bases for the valuation of various elements, such as absences or lost production time. Possible average bases are, for example, all overtime bonuses, all work on public holidays, calendar days, and so on.

Activities

  1. Check which average value calculation bases you require for your valuations according to the principle of averages.
  2. Specify which primary wage type should be included in which average basis. Define which wage type field is to be used with which percentage.

    The secondary wage types /201 to /232 are available as average value calculation bases.

    Note: First check whether the desiredsecondary wage type is already used in the standard system in your country version. If this is the case, use a different wage type.

  3. If you want partial period parameters to be included in the average bases, specify the appropriate partial period parameters. Since the value of the field Number is read from the partial period perameters, you now have to specify the percentage.
