In this step, you should enter each permit number that has been issued to your organization by the Inland Revenue for submitting year-end returns on magnetic media.

Enter the permit number issued by the Inland Revenue.
Select Tax year complete stamp.
Enter the permit number and the tax year to which the permit number applies.
Save your entries.
Further notes
At the end of the particular tax year when the return has been made to the Inland Revenue National Insurance Contributions Office, it is important that the completion indicator is set in this step.
Currently, the completion indicator is only for reference, but it is planned that in future releases the completion indicator will ensure that any retroactive payroll calculation that is carried out after the year-end returns have been submitted to the Inland Revenue will not change any of the data submitted. Unless this indicator is set, the data may be changed. Therefore, you should maintain this field accurately.
