Use
In this step, you create the used entitlements history.
If you carry out this step before an employee's "go live" date, the creation of the used entitlements history is achieved via direct mapping from the Cross Reference table. However, if you carry out this step on or after the "go live" date, the creation of the used entitlements history is performed via the standard generation routines.
Requirements
Your system must contain all of the relevant absence and personnel work schedule data for all of the data you wish to convert. The payroll tables AB, WPBP and PSP must be created successfully for all the history you are trying to convert. This implies that, at a minimum, there must be "correct" data in the following infotypes: 0000, 0001, 0002, 0003, 0007, 0008, 0041 and 2001.
Activities
If an employee's "go live" date is not between the date range that is chosen for the report, he or she will be rejected.
Note:
Any errors found will be reported. This routine must run without errors before you can go live.
Example
You wish to start operating your absence evaluation scheme from 01.01.2007, and you have loaded up the historical absence data necessary to generate an employee's entitlement. You operate a one-year rollback for used entitlements.
You run the report from 01.01.2006 to 01.01.2007 without errors.
