Use
In this step, you decide how much detail is displayed when a user chooses theAbsence breakdown option on infotype Absences (2001).
Requirements
Standard settings
The default setting is Full.
We recommend that you use one of the options Full or Summary Report. The summary report provides a breakdown analysis regardless of the absence type.
If you set the option Condensed, a condensed report is generated that changes the format of the data from a day-by-day breakdown to a view where the unique splits are summarised.
