Use
This activity allows you assign different car manufacterers and car models to a vehicle class depending on a trip provision variant.
The vehicle class will be used as a default value in infotype 'Travel Privileges' (0017) and will therefore be the default vehicle class for the mileage claims in Travel Management.
The trip reimbursement amounts for travel costs in travel management are defined for the combination of the vehicle class and the vehicle type.
Requirements
If you want to set up a link between a car manufacturer, a car model and a vehicle class you need to set up the corresponding travel management data in the IMG section: Financial Accounting, Travel Management, Travel Expenses.
