You can set up the system so that cumulative sums of pensions deductions held on payroll cluster RG in table PENS can be printed on the remuneration statement.
This activity consists of two substeps (views), in which you configure the tables "Form-Related Control of Wage Types" (T512E) and "Line Layout in Window" (T512D) accordingly. For further information, see Set up wage types in window and Set up line layout in window.
Example
Requirements
It is the wage type that determines which entry in table PENS is read. It is therefore important that the wage type is assigned to only one pension scheme in the table T5G37 "Pension Scheme Types" (activity Assign wage types to pension scheme).
For the above to function, you must use a wage type defined in T5G37 as either the "employee pension contribution" or "employer pension contribution" (activity Assign wage types to pension scheme). By using either of these wage types, you can print any field contained in table PENS.
