Use

In this step, you assign one or more week pattern types to each of the QDPs you created in the previous IMG step Define Qualifying Day Patterns.

You therefore use this table view to link your created (named) QDPs to the specific QDP week pattern types you defined in the previous IMG step Assign Days to QDP Week Type.

Standard settings

The QDP "_____PSP" has special characteristics. Its pattern of days is completely ignored.

Instead, the QDP is derived from the working days assigned to the employee's Personal Shift Plan (PSP). The working days in the PSP are simply the days when the working hours are greater than zero.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG activity.
  2. The Week to QDP Assignment Overview screen appears.
  3. Select the button New Entries.
  4. For each QDP you created in the previous IMG step Define Qualifying Day Patterns, assign a QDP week pattern type.

    If you assign more than one QDP week pattern type to a single QDP (for example, in the case of employees with variable shift patterns), then the field No. denotes the sequence of the assigned week pattern types.

    That is, which week pattern is activated first and which is second, and so on.

  5. Save your entries.
