Use
In this step, you can display the official Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) and Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP) rates.
This view controls the percentage rates of SMP, SPP and SAP payable to employees dependant on their average weekly earnings.
Standard settings
You are not able to maintain this view as it ensures that the SAP System complies with current legislation.
When legislation relating to statutory absence payment rates changes, you will receive an update from SAP.
