Use
In this step, you can display the reasons for excluding employees from receiving Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP).
Requirements
Standard settings
You may not maintain this view as it contains statutory exclusions. When these exclusions change, you will receive an update from SAP.
The exclusions that are SPP-relevant are marked in the validity column of table T5G2F with a "P". Specifically, the SPP-relevant exclusions are as follows:
PA Insuf.L.O.S. Insufficient length of service
PB AWE below lt AWE below NIC LEL
PC Insuf.notif. Insufficient notification
PD No evidence Medical evidence not given
PE Late notific Late notification of birth
PF Outside EEA Not in the EEA
PG In custody In legal custody

Activities
You can check whether the existing statutory exclusions are relevant for Statutory Paternity Pay.
Exclusions may be generated automatically, for instance if an employee is on a short contract or has insufficient earnings.
