Use
In this step, you can display the reasons for excluding employees from receiving Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP).
Requirements
Standard settings
You may not maintain this view as it contains statutory exclusions. When these exclusions change, you will receive an update from SAP.
The exclusions that are SAP-relevant are marked in the validity column of table T5G2F with a "G". Specifically, the SAP-relevant exclusions are as follows:
GA Insuf.L.O.S. - Insufficient length of service
GB AWE below lt - AWE below NIC LEL
GC Insuf.notif. - Insufficient notification
GD No evidence Medical evidence not given
GE Late notific Late notification of birth
GF Outside EEA Not in the EEA
GG In custody In legal custody
GH Death Death
GI Adoption End Child Dies or Placement Ends
Activities
You can check whether the existing statutory exclusions are relevant for Statutory Adoption Pay.
Exclusions may be generated automatically, for instance if an employee is on a short contract or has insufficient earnings.
