SAP supplies you with forms (under approval from the Inland Revenue) for you to print out your End-of-Year reporting. If you use the forms that we provide (without making any modifications), you do not need to do anything in this step.

However, if you would like to make minor layout changes to the forms (for example, putting your company logo on the forms or using the pre-printed stationary forms), you can perform the changes in this step.

The standard SAP form names are as follows (where xxxx represents the year):

  • HR_GB_P60_xxxx
  • HR_GB_P60_xxxx_D
  • HR_GB_P35_xxxx

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you copy the standard forms supplied to you (into the z customer naming range) and then only make your modiciations to the copied version of the forms.
