In this step, you determine the method for selecting employee addresses for End-of-Year reports (with the feature ADDRS) based on subtypes from the infotype Addresses (0006).

Requirements
Standard settings
For British End-of-Year reporting, the subtype keys of Addresses infotype (0006) under the reporting class CEOY must be such that the first part indicates the address for display in P60 form address field. The second part indicates the address for display in case the first address is not available in Addresses infotype (0006).
Example
If you enter 2/1 under reporting class CEOY, you are indicating that the system must use the employee's Temporary address (subtype key 2) as the address on the End-of Year form. If a Temporary address has not been maintained for an employee, then the system uses the employee's Permanent address (subtype key 1).
Reporting class EOYD is valid only for Data Mailer option. The subtype keys of Addresses infotype (0006) under the reporting class EOYD must be such that the first part indicates the address for printing on top of the form (outside the form body). The second part indicates the address to be printed inside the body of the form. The form is mailed to the address printed outside the body of the form.
Example
If you enter 4/5 in EOYD, you are indicating that the system should print employee's Emergency address (subtype key 4) outside the body of the form and Mailing address (subtype key 5) inside the body.
