Use

In this step, you set parameters to determine in which infotype fields retroactive deletion is allowed, as part of the court order retroactive deletion procedure.

Activities

  1. Execute the activity.
  2. In the Infotype field, search for infotype 0070 entries.
  3. Choose Display -> Change.
  4. Ensure that the following 6 field entries for infotype Court Order (0070) (ADFEE, AFCON, PROTE, STDPY, SUBTY and TOTSM) have the indicator set in the column No maint. in past.
  5. For the table entry under infotype 0070, REFNO, do not set the indicator in the column No maint. in past.
  6. In the column Var. key , for field REFNO, enter the value 01 .
  7. Save your entries.
