In this step, you maintain a process model to use for the mass processing of advanced holiday pay.

The process model supplied by SAP, which you can use as the basis for your process model, performs two functions:

  • Runs payroll
  • Prints the remuneration statement

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP delivers the standard process model SAP08AHP for mass AHP processing. You can use this process model as the basis for creating your own model.

Recommendation

Copy the SAP process model and adapt it to meet your requirements. You may, for example, want to use your own variants, run various reports, or include posting to accounting etc.

Activities

  1. Enter the model identifier SAP08AHP and choose Copy.
  2. Enter the name of the new process model.
  3. Choose Change.
  4. Adapt the process model to suit your requirements.

  5. Choose Activate.
