In this step, you specify which payee keys you would like to use in the infotype (70 - Court Orders).

This step consists of two views:

  • If you would like to allow your keys to be used for all subtypes of the infotype, you create your court order types in the first view (Authorized payee for court order).
  • Use the second view (Payee authorization for infotypes) if you want to differentiate between the court order types when you create your permissible payee keys.

View 1 Authorized Payee for Court Order

Enter all payee keys you want to use in the infotype.

View 2 Payee Authorization for Infotypes

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Under Subtype, enter the court order types for which the payee key is permitted.

    Note

    If you do not enter a court order type under Subtype, the payee key is valid for all court order types.

  3. Save your entries.
