Use

In this Customizing activity you maintain the progressive accrual for part-time workers by using the HACTI constant. This constant stores the percentage below which a reduction in the assessment threshold is triggered.

Requirements

Old mechanism for triggering a progressive accrual for part-time workers:

The Part Time field in the Social Insurance (0064) infotype is selected. The employee time stored in the Planned Working Time (0007) infotype is less than or equal to 80% of statutory working time, i.e. 169 hours.
Note:
This percentage must not exceed 4/5ths.

New mechanism for triggering a progressive accrual for part-time workers:

The Capacity Utilization Level field in infotype 0008 stores the percentage of activity. This percentage is compared with the value stored in the HACTI constant.
