Use

It is possible to store statements/certificates using optical archiving. This activity allows you to decide whether or not to archive a form.

Requirements

To have an archiving system installed and to have assigned the CERTIFPAYD object type to the HROBWFORM document category of the corresponding archive system.

Activities

To store a form while printing, mark the Archive checkbox.

Note

Archiving of issued statements/certificates is not required in test or development systems. In production mode, SAP recommends the archiving of statements/certificates.
