Use

Use

This activity allows you to copy or delete existing statements/certificates.

When you launch this program, the Copy mode is proposed by default. To toggle between modes, click on the appropriate button (Switch to Copy mode or Switch to Delete mode) on the screen.

Activities

Launch this program with the required settings.

Copy Statements/Certificates

  • Source statement/certificate ID:
    Enter the statement/certificate to copy. Confirm to display the name of the statement/certificate.
  • Language:
    This selection allows you to define the language of the statement/certificate to copy. You can enter a specific language or all of the available languages of the statement/certificate.
  • Name of form:
    The name of the form is automatically taken from the ID of the statement/certificate entered. The name of the form is that of the SAPScript form.
  • Target ID/New title:
    The target ID is the ID of the statement/certificate created. This ID must be included in the corresponding namespace. The new title is proposed by default, though it may be modified.
  • Target form:
    The name of the new target form must not already exist and must also be included in the corresponding namespace.
  • Run in test mode:
    Select this option to display the data to be entered in the database.
  • Write Protocol:
    For displaying a protocol only. A protocol is always generated in test mode, regardless of the selection made.

Delete Statements/Certificates

  • Statement/certificate ID:
    Enter the ID of the statement/certificate to delete.
  • Name of form
    The name of the form is automatically taken from the ID of the statement/certificate entered. The name of the form is that of the SAPScript form.
  • Write Protocol:
    Allows you to display a protocol.
