Use

Given that statements/certificates require specific authorizations, you must grant authorizations based on the typical actions of the statements/certificates:

Objects of authorization

The system checks:

  • the object of authorization,
  • the ID of the statement/certificate (this is the number),
  • the application area indicator (corresponds to the functional topic)

The authorizations for the different actions are:

  • E = Creation of statements/certificates
  • A = Asynchronous archiving
  • V = Maintenance of archived statements/certificates
  • D = Creation of data record
