In this IMG activity, you can set up the name of the second signer, if you want to print two signers on statements.

Standard settings

In the standard system, the printing of a second signer is not supported.

Recommendation

Check whether a second signature is actually required for the statements in your organization.

Activities

1. Under User, enter the user name of the administrator that creates the statements. This is usually the HR Administrator in your enterprise.
2. Under Name, enter the name of the person that is to be printed on the statements as the second signer.
3. Under Form of Address and Telephone, enter the data of the signer.

To ensure that the signer specified here is printed, you must adjust the SAPscript form accordingly.
