Use

Use

In automatically created statements, the form of address, name, and telephone number of the administrator responsible for the content are to be printed in the statement.

The responsible person whose name is printed does not have to be the same as the employee who creates the statement.

In this Customizing activity, you assign the first signatory.

Standard settings

SAP does not provide model settings for this table.

You can print two signatories. However, in the standard output, only the first signatory is printed.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Under User, enter the user name of the administrator that creates the statements. This is usually the HR Administrator in your enterprise.
  2. Under Name, enter the names of the persons that are to be printed on the statements as signatories. Exactly one signatory is assigned to each administrator. The administrator and the signatory are usually identical.
  3. Under Form of Address and Telephone, enter the data of the signatory.

Example

Administrator Wilson is to create statements. However, the administrator#s manager, Mr. Miller, is to appear on the statement as the signatory.

Make the following entries:

Further notes

If no first signatory is assigned to an administrator, the statement may be rejected by the receiving authority.

If you want to print a second signatory, you must adjust the SAPscript form concerned.

According to the Standardization of Statements of the Working Group for Economic Administration (AWV), it is sufficient to print one person responsible.
