These are characteristics with regard to entering wage types in infotype0015, Additional Payments (0015).
Example
You can specify either an amount or a number and unit for a wage type.
Requirements
You should have set up your wage type catalog in the previous step.
You will also have specified that the wage types can be entered in infotype 0015, Additional Payments.

The standard R/3 system contains a number of model wage types you can refer to.
