We strongly recommend you follow the steps as listed below.

Activities

To maintain the accident insurance settings, you need to customize the following tables:

  • Risk groups table (T7FI06).
  • Payees table (T521B)
  • Accident insurance contracts table (T7FI07).

Risk groups table

  1. In this table, you can define any applicable risk groups at company level by clicking New entries and entering the following information:
    • Risk group code
    • Risk group description
    • Country grouping
  2. Click Save.

Payees table

  1. In this table, you can define any applicable accident insurance fund. Payees are mainly used for transfer purposes. The SAP system is shipped with a model payee (TURMA1).
  2. You can either change the model entry or click New entries and enter the following information:
    • Payee code and description
    • Start and end date to determine the valildity of the record
    • Payee address
    • Payee bank details, such as bank key and bank account
  3. Click Save.

Accident insurance contracts table

  1. In this table, you can assign accident insurance contracts to the correct payee.
  2. Click New entries and enter the following information:
    • Contract id number
    • Payee (see previous step)
    • Number of the contract you want to assign to the accident insurance fund
  3. Click Save.
