In this step, you can copy or change the Smart Form template for the earnings statement.
Example
The SAP system is shipped with the SmartForm template HRFI_STATEMENT_OF_EARNINGS, which is a generic template for individual templates to be used with report Earnings statement (HFILSEA0).
Requirements
To fill in the relevant salary information, you need to have set up an appropriate subapplication for wage type selection (see also Maintain Wage Type Selection for Earnings Statement).
Standard settings
Standard form HRFI_STATEMENT_OF_EARNINGS provides you with information for generic earnings statements. Of course, you are free to change it to meet your business needs.
