In this step, you maintain the wage type selection for earnings statements in viewcluster Statutory subapplications (VC_T596A).
In the default subapplication Earnings statement (FSEA), the following cumulation wage types - to which you need to assign the appropriate real wage types - are available to provide the necessary information for report Earnings statement (HFILSEA0):
- Additional payments (ADDI),
- Taxable gross (GROS),
- Holiday bonus (HBON),
- Holiday compensation at termination (HCOM),
- Shift bonuses (SBON),
- Tax withheld (TWIH).
Example
Per default, wage type Taxable gross amount (/106) is assigned to cumulation wage type (or accumulation pot) Taxable gross (GROS) and Preliminary tax (/401) to Tax withheld (TWIH).
Requirements
List the payroll wage types that provide you with the information you want to display on the earnings statement.
Standard settings
Default subapplication FSEA contains sample wage type assignments for gross and tax withholding as shown in the above-mentioned example.
Recommendation
Link your wage type assignment to the SmartForm you have chosen for printing the earnings statement according to your company-specific needs.
Activities
Assign the required wage types to the defined cumulation wage types. If required, set up your own cumulation wage types and use them in the SmartForm you want to print.
