In this step, you define the payroll settings for sickness fund contributions by going through the following steps:

  • Copy the model calculation rule for sickness fund contributions (FISP).
  • Edit the corresponding subschema (FISP), which is included in the legal deductions schema (FILD).
  • Maintain the minimum and maximum amounts in case of legal changes in the payroll constants table (T511K).

Activities

Copy calculation rule

  1. Click Copy.
  2. In the dialog box, enter the new name for the rule in the To rule field.
  3. Press Enter to confirm. The rule is automatically saved.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Click Save.

Edit subschema

We recommend that you make a copy of the model schema. This ensures that all schema elements are also copied.

  1. Enter the target name. If you enter an existing schema, the system asks you to choose another name.
  2. Choose Copy.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Click Save.

Maintain constants

You can either delimit the existing constants and make a copy of them, or create new constants.
