In this step, you can restrict the use of certain wage types per personnel subarea and employee subgroup. View Permissibility of Wage Types (V_511_B) contains all the wage types used in Finnish payroll.

Activities

  1. Select a wage type.
  2. Double-click it to make your changes.
  3. Click the Change-Display toggle button.
  4. You can restrict the use of wage types up to 9 employee subgroup groupings and personnel subareas.
  5. For each employee subgroup grouping and personnel subarea, you can enter either a blank value (wage type not allowed), or 1 (wage type allowed), or 2 (wage type allowed with a warning).
  6. Click Save.
