In this step, you define the payroll settings for processing supplementary pension contributions by going through the following steps:

  • Copy the model calculation rule for supplementary pensions (FISP) and change it to suit your needs.
  • Edit the corresponding subschema (FISP), which is included in the legal deductions schema (FILD), and change it to suit your needs.

Activities

To process supplementary pension contributions correctly, you need to customize the following:

Copy calculation rule

  1. Click Copy.
  2. In the dialog box, enter the new name for the rule in the To rule field.
  3. Press Enter to confirm. The rule is automatically saved.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Click Save.

Edit subschema

We recommend that you make a copy of the model schema. This ensures that all schema elements are also copied.

  1. Enter the target name. If you enter an existing schema, the system asks you to choose another name.
  2. Choose Copy.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Click Save.
