In this step, you maintain in the membership fees table (T591A) any applicable membership fee types within your company as subtypes of the international infotype Membership fees (0057).

Requirements
Standard settings
The SAP system is shipped with a set of Finnish-specific membership fee types:
- FIM1 (FIN - Fixed amount)
Membership fee deducted as a fixed amount.
- FIM2 (FIN - Free)
Free membership.
- FIM3 (FIN - Percent of taxable gross)
Membership fee deducted as a percentage of the taxable gross salary.
- FIM4 (FIN - Percent of total gross)
Membership fee deducted as a percentage of the total gross salary.
- FIM5 (FIN - Taxable gross % with capping)
Membership fee deducted as a percentage of the taxable gross salary up to a fixed maximum.
- FIM6 (FIN - Total gross % with capping)
Membership fee deducted as a percentage of the total gross salary up to a fixed maximum.
- FIM7 (FIN - WT exclusion from taxable gross)
When the membership fee is deducted from the taxable gross salary, additional payments such as holiday and others are not taken into account.
- FIM8 (FIN - WT exclusion from total gross)
When the membership fee is deducted from the total gross salary, additional payments such as holiday and others are not taken into account.
Recommendation
You can add any additional membership fee types if needed.
Activities
- In the dialog box, enter the number for infotype Membership fees (0057).
- Click New entries.
- Enter the following information:
- Enter an ID (4 positions, alphanumeric) beginning with FI.
- Enter a short description.
- Enter the correct time constraint.
- Click Save.
