In this area you setup the customizing data needed in order to generate electronic letters (eLetters) for finnish post for remuneration statements.
The remuneration statements are generated with HFICEDT0, and how the generated data shall be mapped into eLetters, which in turn are generated using HFICEDT0_ELETTER, is customized in this section
Example
An example setup for a standard template of finnish post for remuneration statements (eLetter template '00PK') has been setup to be used in conjunction with the standard format FI00 for printing finnish remuneration statements with HFICEDT0.
Requirements
You need to have at least one customer ID and password for that customer ID communicated to you from finnish post.
You need to have setup a specific template (for instance in MS Word) by a template designer at finnish post. For this template you need the following data (agreed upon with finnish post):
Template Identifier at finnish Post
Pictures setup at finnish post and the identifiers for those
Number of channels used in the template, order in which the channels shall appear in the file
Identification for each picture of where it shall be placed on the page by means of distance in mm from top and left border
Determination on which mapping method to use for the data of channels:
Channel mapping: a rectangular area ('window') of each page on the payslip identifies exactly the data to be sent for a channel
Field mapping: for each field in a channel it is separately identified where the data shall be taken from ohn the oage of the remuneration statement
Channel and field mapping: Both mappings are applied, first channel and then field mapping. Thereby a general window are can give most of the information to be printed in the channel, and for special fields data can be retrieved via the field mapping
After the determination for each channel, the corresponding mapping has to be decided upon
