Report Pay Scale Reclassification (HFILTVR0) allows you to generate a list of the employees' cumulated working hours and of the job demand groupings (TVR), that is all the data needed to perform a pay scale reclassification based on TVR hours, as required by the collective agreement for metal workers in Finland.
The report reads time evaluation results based on the worked hours and the pay scale information using exact days, as stored in the time evaluation cluster B2 in the variable balances table (table VS). The data stored in this table is provided by the personnel calculation rules Fill Variable Balances with TVR hours (Part I) (TFI8) and Fill Variable Balances with TVR hours (Part II) (TFI9) in time evaluation.
Standard settings
The standard SAP system contains the sample personnel calculation rules TFI8 and TFI9, which cumulate working hours in table VS for all employees belonging to employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rule '1' (hourly wage earners).
As these calculation rules are country-specific, they are not included in the standard time evaluation schemas.
Recommendation
Include a call to personnel calculation rule TFI8 or an own copy of it to your time evaluation schema. Usually, you just use the personnel calculation rules TFI8 and TFI9 (which is called by TFI8), as delivered by SAP in your time evaluation schemas. However, you may need to create your own variants if:
- The cumulation of working hours in the time evaluation is not performed for all employees belonging to employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rule '1' (hourly wage earners).
- One-character pay scale groups are used in your system.
If necessary, familiarize yourself with the specified standard personnel calculation rule TFI8 and TFI9 and change the copies of these rules to meet your needs.
Activities
If you do not have to create your own variants of TFI8 and/or TFI9:
- Call personnel calculation rule TFI8 via function RTIP in your time evaluation schema in the balance formation block before function CUMBT. Use GEN as the second parameter of function RTIP.
If you have to create your own variants of TFI8 and/or TFI9:
- Copy the sample personnel calculation rule TFI8 and/or TFI9 to personnel calculation rule in the customer name range.
- Change the copied personnel calculation rule(s) to meet your requirements.
- Report Pay Scale Reclassification Based on TVR Hours (HFILTVR0) reads VS entries in cluster B2 stored with the identifier TVR. Therefore, you need to store the worked hours and the employee's pay scale information in table VS of cluster B2 using this identifier. The identifier allows you to group the different variable balances on a daily basis. The ADDVS operation provide you with the entries.
- Check your personnel calculation rule for check errors and save it.
- Call your personnel calculation rule you have created via function RTIP in your time evaluation schema in the balance formation block before function CUMBT. Use GEN as the second parameter of function RTIP.
Further notes
The personnel calculation rules TFI8 and TFI9 assume that time evaluation table WPBP has been filled with data from infotype Basic pay (0008). Therefore, time evaluation function CHECK has to be included with parameter BP in your time evaluation schema.
